Peal the corner of the sealing film for proper venting
If heating all three containers, place the protein in alone for 1 minute, combine the other sides and heat for an additional 1 to 1.5 minutes
If heating a single container – 1 min on high in the microwave, let stand for one minute after heating

Consume with pleasure: Remove film and set aside any sauce cups. Preheat oven to 350F
Transfer food from containers to an oven safe baking dish.
Cover baking dish with lid or aluminum foil
Heat for 10-12 minutes or until hot
Carefully remove meal from oven.
Let stand for 1 minute, plate & enjoy.
