I just want to share how much I enjoy these meals during the week... I'm diabetic 1 and I've had many challenges... Having meals suitable for life chefts for diabetics has been a lifesaver for me... Having healthy choice meals in portions has helped my numerical readings stabilize. I will definitely continue with these meals. They are very tasteful and I highly recommend trying them... 😊

Prices are reasonable. Customer service is highly responsive and Kimberly laughs at my terrible jokes.

My husband was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic, which is when I found your service. It is just the two of us and neither of us enjoy nor wish to cook. LifeChef has been great! We are both very busy at work and only having to take two minutes to make dinner is a god send. The service is more expensive than cooking for yourself obviously, but is totally worth it for us!
