  • Can I postpone my delivery?

    Yes, you can pause your delivery or skip a week.

  • What if I am dissatisfied with my order?

    Our number 1 priority is customer satisfaction and retention. If you are not happy with your order, please contact our Customer Experience team at 1-855-932-4048 or via email, hello@lifechef.com and we will handle it.

  • Where do I find tracking info?

    Once your delivery ships, we will email and text you a link with a link to track your package, along with a tracking number.

  • Do I have to be home to receive my delivery? 

    No, we can leave your delivery at your doorstep, or wherever parcels are typically delivered to your home.  No signature is required. 

  • Who will deliver my meals?

    LifeChef will be delivering your meals.

  • What days of the week do you ship?

    LifeChef will ship meals on Thursdays, with an estimated delivery on Fridays. During holidays, we will ship as soon as possible either before or after the official holiday.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is free!

  • Where do you deliver?

    LifeChef delivers meals and supplements to New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, DC, Virginia, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
