Delivery & Shipping

  • Can I postpone my delivery?

    You can pause your delivery up to 2 days before your scheduled delivery. 

  • What if I am dissatisfied with my order?

    Our number 1 priority is customer satisfaction and retention. If you are not happy with your order, please contact our Customer Experience team at 1-855-932-4048 or via email, hello@lifechef.com and we will handle it.

  • Where do I find tracking info?

    Once your delivery ships, we will email and text you a link with a link to track your package, along with a tracking number.

  • Do I have to be home to receive my delivery? 

    No, we can leave your delivery at your doorstep, or wherever parcels are typically delivered to your home.  No signature is required. Please leave special instructions on delivery (ie: leasing office or gate code). 

  • Who will deliver my meals?

    LifeChef will be delivering your meals and groceries. Our delivery partner is UPS for an extended area.

  • What days of the week do you deliver?

    LifeChef will deliver meals on Friday. During holidays, we will attempt to deliver as soon as possible either before or after the official holiday.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is free!

  • Where do you deliver?

    LifeChef delivers to Bucks County, PA and Mercer County, NJ at this time. Stay tuned for LifeChef coming to your area soon. In these areas we deliver meals, groceries and supplements. In the extended mid-Atlantic and most of New England we ship meals and supplements. We are growing and hope to expand  availability in the next 6 months.
